Twist Lock Prescription Insert

The prescription insert only fits the SABER ADVANCED, WX ROGUE COMM and NERVE.

For the NERVE, you will also need a prescription post (R-8051PST) for the prescription insert, as it cannot be mounted without one.

You can also purchase the prescription insert and post for the NERVE together (R-8051X)
